With this electronic technology, the eTensil range is strengthened to make the industrial tightening process even more flexible.
Thanks to these new smart tools and the advanced control units, it is possible to adjust torque and tightening angle during the assembly operations simply by changing the related parameter on the control unit and therefore working with a single tool on different applications / components.
This is a great advantage for the operational flexibility required by assembly lines that have more and more different components to be assembled, this means different geometries, different types of screws and different target torques.

Designed and built entirely by Fiam, these solutions, also ESD certified, are among the most advanced on the market in terms of efficiency and versatility for the industrial production field.
With this technology the tightening torque is detected by measuring the current absorbed from the tool motor while the angle is detected through integrated hall sensors.
